Booking
A planner request is not a contract. Your lesson is confirmed when we reply with a time and an instructor.
Cancelling
Free up to 48 hours before a lesson. Later cancellations cost half the lesson, illness excepted.
Blocks
Blocks of 10, 20 and 30 hours are valid for 6, 9 and 12 months. Unused hours are refunded at the pay as you go rate minus discount used.
Tests
Test fees are paid to the testing authority, not to us. The test-day package covers our car and the warm-up hour only.
Safety
Your instructor may end a lesson early if driving would be unsafe, for example after alcohol or without your licence. That lesson is charged.
