Your theme choice and an unsent planner draft stay in your own browser and never reach us.
Why
To arrange lessons, contact you about them, and keep progress notes your instructor needs.
How long
Lesson records for six years for tax reasons. Enquiries that never became lessons for twelve months.
Your rights
Ask for a copy, a correction or deletion at any time by email. We answer within a month.
Messaging
If you contact us on WhatsApp, the message is also processed by that service under its own terms.
